• When you contact me (through the contact form or by email): your name, email, and any details you choose to share in your message.
• When you buy a gift coupon: your name, email, billing details, and delivery email address.
• This website does not collect personal data through tracking or analytics cookies.

• To respond to messages and inquiries
• To process and deliver gift coupon orders

Your data is stored securely and only as long as necessary. I never sell or rent your data.

Third-party services I use

• Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it against attacks. It processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages. It does not set tracking cookies.
• Resend: delivers the messages you send through the contact form to my inbox.
• Canva: plays the videos shown in some projects. The Canva player only loads when you press play.

2. Cookie Policy

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so it does not ask for your consent.

Embedded videos

Some projects show videos hosted on Canva. They are not loaded until you press play. When you do, Canva may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Private administration area

The private area used to update this website sets a sign-in cookie for its administrators only. Visitors never receive it.

Gift coupons

• Format: Digital PDF delivered via email
• Availability: Lithuania only
• Validity: 12 months from purchase
• Refunds & cancellations: Non-refundable, cannot be cancelled after purchase
• Rescheduling: Allowed once, with 7+ days’ notice

Payment

Prices are in EUR.

Photo & video usage rights

Client rights:

• Use purchased photos/videos for personal purposes (printing, sharing online, personal projects).
• Commercial use (advertising, product listings, brand campaigns) requires written permission.
• No heavy edits, filters, or modifications without consent.

Photographer/videographer rights:

• I retain full copyright to all work I create.
• I may use the work for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless you request privacy in writing.‍
